Really good Service and Comfortable Stay
friendly staff local recommendations convenient laundry
the staff was friendly and helpful i particularly appreciated their recommendations for local restaurants near the accommodation the laundry facilities were very convenient allowing me to use my own detergent without any built-in scents i also found it useful that they handled luggage transfers to other hotels.
the noise from the room above was noticeable it sometimes disrupted my sleep .

the hotel is conveniently close to the main train station this provides easy access to transportation i found some excellent cafes and convenience stores located nearby which was very useful .

the room was spacious with a modern design it had a japanese style layout with comfortable futons the shared kitchen and common areas were well maintained ensuring a pleasant and convenient experience.

the team was very cute they provided excellent assistance with directions and suggestions their warm hospitality really stood out i felt very welcomed during my entire stay here.

helpful staff free coffee comfortable room limited service uncleaned trash not clean room
the staff are very nice and helpful. there is a full kitchen in the lobby with free coffee and tea. it was a great perk. the room was large and comfortable.
the room clean service is not daily and must be requested. even if requested, they only make the bed and change towels. they did not take out the trash. the room i stayed in was not particularly clean.
